Stantec Government Services (GS) is seeking a Logistics Support Specialist to support Air Traffic Control (ATC) equipment supply and maintenance operations and other mission-related functions at the Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC) located in Twentynine Palms, CA.

Your Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have experience with geospatial data management in file based and enterprise environments and will assist in the scheduling, data collection and operations associated with the onsite sUAS program. The position will also require mapping and analysis of encroachment threats in coordination with government staff and in support of project briefings and reports. This position will be full-time on-site at MCAGCC Twentynine Palms, CA.

Your Capabilities and Credentials Excellent organizational skills, multi-tasking capabilities, and attention to detail Strong technical writing, analytical, and oral communication skills Experience in procedures necessary for equipment supply and maintenance Experience with equipment inventory reporting, tracking and requisition Ability to handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities Ability to manage time effectively and meet firm deadlines Working knowledge of military operations, terminology and codes of conduct Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision Ability and commitment to work collaboratively with all groups, including staff, management, clients, and other stakeholders Must have or be able to obtain any required federal government clearances, including a Common Access Card (CAC) Desired Additional Capabilities Knowledge of Department of Defense special use airspace, Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and National Airspace System (NAS) Proficiency in Microsoft office and Adobe Acrobat Experience and ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences Education and Experience Undergraduate degree or equivalent related experience in the field Minimum 2 years of experience
