The Supply Chain Applications Analyst is responsible for design, documentation and technical support for all systems utilized by the Logistics and Distribution Center teams. This role includes Warehouse and Order Management application configuration, integration and technical data analysis for root cause determination. This is a full-time, salaried, exempt position.

Responsibilities
Provide production support for Manhattan Associates WMOS, Lucas Voice Picking, and integration with other logistics systems On-call support for a two shift / seven day per week Distribution Center Operations as needed and/or on-call rotationWrite SQL queries to research WMS production issuesWrite and support Oracle PL/SQL triggers, procedures, functions, and views to support existing or enable new capabilities in Manhattan Associates WMOSPartner with other logistics systems teams to resolve production issues and enable new capabilities in OMS, Dematic WCS, Manhattan Associates SCI, LM, SOFMIdentify when software vendors are needed to address production issues, and work with them to resolve production issuesManage and test integration with parcel carriersTimely and effective communication to operations team, technology team, and leadership team of production issue severity, resolution and root causeAnalysis, design, writing requirements, test case definition, configuration, and testing of capabilities in Manhattan Associates WMOS, Lucas Voice Picking, and other logistics systems to support continuous improvement initiatives, process/layout changes, and business requirements within the Distribution CenterPartner with operations and technology teams to ensure effective change managementManagement, application installation, and troubleshooting of voice pick mobile devices

Qualifications
College degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Information Technology or 3+ years related experienceExperience configuring, testing, supporting and troubleshooting Manhattan Associates Warehouse Management System, required3+ years of experience with SQL, knowledge of Manhattan Associates WMS schema, required Experience with Oracle PL/SQL writing or supporting triggers, procedures, functions and/or views, requiredExperience with Manhattan Associates MIF and its integration with OMS and other logistics systems, preferredExperience with WMS integration with Lucas Voice Picking, Dematic WCS, WES, preferredExperience configuring, testing, supporting and troubleshooting Lucas Voice Picking, preferredExperience with SOTI mobile device management and troubleshooting, preferredExperience with Manhattan Associates SCI / IBM Cognos Analytics, Manhattan Associates SOFM, and WMS integration with Manhattan Associates LMAbility to participate in on-call rotation to support two shift / seven day per week logistics operationAbility to troubleshoot and identify underlying causes of business issues and recommend appropriate corrective action or problem resolutionStrong communication, problem solving, presentation and analytical skills are crucialStrong understanding of how complex application systems integrate and interrelateAbility to collaborate with operations team and product owners in designing and developing processes or functionalityAbility to work with a cross-functional team to define test cases, metrics and resolution guidelinesBased in Dallas/Ft.
