Ecolab is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to join and lead a hard-working team of associates at our location. As a Logistics Supervisor, you will ensure safety, quality and productivity metrics are met while leading various process improvement projects and participating in cross-functional teams on warehouse and network design initiatives.

Lead a team of , holding them accountable to savings and productivity standardsOversee logistics activities including inventory control, warehousing, transportation, logistics planning, order processing and customer servicePartner with cross-functional teams in Quality, Planning, Procurement and Manufacturing to proactively identify and resolve quality and service issues relating to logistics operationsAssist in developing the site logistics budget with a focus on continuously improving year over year performance against metricsCoordinate operational redesign projects to improve performance and meet customer needsMonitor fixed assets and coordinate implementation of approved capital improvement projects in your functional areasCommunicate standard logistics metrics to direct reportsResolve quality, service & cost issuesSupport oversight of inventory levelsAdditional Job Duties as assignedPosition Details:

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree OR High School Diploma or equivalent/GED and 4 years of experience in a manufacturing, logistics or related environment2 years of previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or logistics environmentImmigration sponsorship not available for this rolePreferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Business or a related field of studyProficiency with SAP, MS Access, and ExcelPrevious project management experienceExposure to TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing principalsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to exercise independent judgement, think critically and work well in cross-functional teamsAbout Ecolab
