This position is for a logistics team member responsible for all movement of material into and out of a state-of-the-art missile production facility. This candidate will pack and unpack many different components used in missile production assembly/disassembly and certify containers as empty/free of any material. This role utilizes overhead hoists, pneumatic and manual tools, torque wrenches, and operates forklifts. Systematic processing of workorders utilizing SAP/PRISM will occur daily. A high level for compliance will be required to follow written instructions in the performance of daily duties. Job will be performed on the Redstone Arsenal at the Raytheon Redstone Missile Integration Facility located in Huntsville, AL.

This position is an onsite role.

What You Will Do

Willingness to work with explosive items.Perform accountability movements and signing into and of workorders within SAP/PRISM.Pack/unpack components required for missile assembly/disassembly. Certify containers as empty/free of material.Prepare explosive and non-explosive material for demilitarization, disposal, and shipment compliant with governing regulations, policies, and procedures.Exercise physical security and explosive safety risk mitigation measures.Provide timely and proper Ammunition, Arms, and Explosive’s logistics services which include receipt, transport, storage, and inventory accountability.Ability to operate hoists, pneumatic/manual tools, and operate Hyster warehouse and CombiLift style forklifts.Capable of using manual torque tools, torquing values more than 250-foot pounds.Follow detailed work instructions and detailed processes to ensure safety and compliance.Willing to complete necessary training to improve skills.Perform pack/unpack operations in support of DD250 sales.

Qualifications You Must Have

Typically requires an AA/AS degree (or other 2-year post high school training) with a minimum of six (6) years relevant experience.Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer

Explosive assembly experience specific to a factory setting.Experience with SAP/PRISMOperation of pallet jack and other equipment normally associated with loading and unloading of material.Experience driving forklifts.Ability to work well with others, communicate clearly, and solve problems.Physical warehousing and inventory control experienceStrong ability to multi-task with ability to prioritize tasks to achieve factory objectives.High level for compliance and willingness to follow written procedures to perform tasks.Active DoD SECRET or higher security clearance

This position requires a security clearance. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range for this role is 44,000 USD - 102,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
