Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues
Monitor progress of delivery routes
Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Pay Rate: $17/hr-$17.50 based on experience and determined by the hiring manager throughout the interview process.
This is NOT a remote role! IN PERSON and needs to be flexible to work the following shift times: 7 AM 4 PM, 8 AM 5 PM, 9 AM 6 PM, 10 AM 7 PM (all shifts include a 1 hour lunch break)
