Logistics/Transportation Customer Service Representative
Job Description Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues Monitor progress of delivery routes Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders Pay Rate: $17/hr-$17.50 based on experience and determined by the hiring manager throughout the interview process. This is NOT a remote role! Skills and Requirements · Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.  · At least 1 year of customer service experience within the logistics, 3PL, or transportation industry monitoring and communicating with drivers, re-routing, etc. Experience with routing drivers.
