Temporary Positions are Available for the September to November 2024 Harvest Season.

These positions are located at our Long Beach, WA facility.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Must be willing to work in a variety of positions in the facility.Lab Workers — Grade, sort, and weigh product.Box Builders — Assemble totes.Inspectors — Inspect and prepare totes for fruit.Operators — Binning Station — filling totes with fruit.Forklift Drivers- moving totes.General LaborersWages depend on position and are $17.31 - $18.17 USD per hour.

Knowledge, Skill, and Ability Requirements:

Must be willing and available to work variable day shifts, and adhere to good manufacturing, safety and environmental practices.Have the ability to work in a team environment, follow instructions, and keep accurate records.May include lifting up to 30 (14Kg) pounds frequently.Prior manufacturing, forklift, lab, or scale, experience is a plus.

Those who work through the season can earn an End of Harvest Bonus!
