Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long-Term Care Facility

Location: Lillington, NC

Shift: 12-Hour Day Shift

Rotation: 36/48 Rotation

Contract Duration: 8 Weeks

Start Date: December 23, 2024, or December 30, 2024

Pay:

Travel Pay: $1526/week for 36 hours $1846/week for 48 hours Local Pay: $34/hour

Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team at a long-term care facility in Lillington, NC. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality care to our residents while working a flexible 36/48 rotation schedule.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct patient care according to established standards and practices. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor and report changes in patient conditions. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications:

Current LPN license in the state of North Carolina. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. BLS certification required.
