Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much respected facility in Williamstown, MA who is currently seeking RNs to assist them at their facility on a full time basis.  

Details of the position include:

Location: Williamstown, MA

Duration: 13 weeks to start

Facility Type: Long term Care Facility

Openings: M-F 3-11 and/or 11 – 7

Pay – $55-$60/hr depending on experience

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION: 

Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living Facility Performs focused interviews to identify specific needs Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychological changes in the patient’s condition Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from healthcare team members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses Documents the patient’s plan of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions as well as responses to interventions Performs interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and the facility policies and patient outcome standard

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice  Participation and completion of Amergis’ Competency program when applicable Current CPR if applicable TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable  Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)  Must meet all federal, state and local requirements  WILL CONSIDER A NEW GRAD
