Amergis Healthcare Staffing is partnered with a much respected facility in Williamstown, MA who is currently seeking RNs to assist them at their facility on a full time basis. Details of the position include: Location: Williamstown, MA Duration: 13 weeks to start Facility Type: Long term Care Facility Openings: M-F 3-11 and/or 11 - 7 Pay - $55-$60/hr depending on experience POSITION DESCRIPTION: + Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care in a Long Term Care/Assisted Living Facility + Performs focused interviews to identify specific needs + Assesses signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychological changes in the patient’s condition + Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from healthcare team members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses + Documents the patient’s plan of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions as well as responses to interventions + Performs interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and the facility policies and patient outcome standard QUALIFICATIONS: + Current Registered Nurse License for the state in which the nurse practices + Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice + Participation and completion of Amergis' Competency program when applicable + Current CPR if applicable + TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable + Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements + WILL CONSIDER A NEW GRAD Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have regarding the positions.
