Details: + Setting: PACE Clinic + Location: 1 hour west of Philadelphia, PA + Schedule: Part-time (Mon-Fri 20 hours/wk) + Duties: + Geriatric Medicine Patients + Provide medical coverage in collaboration with PO Physicians + Discharge planning for acute and long-term placements + Evaluate and treat participants during acute illness Required : + Active PA license + Board Certified (ANCC or AANP) + BLS, CDS,/CSR + DEA + Must have prescriptive authority + 1 year + experience working with elderly population + 5 years experience in long-term care Compensation : + $100k-140k/yr + Receive a paycheck every Friday + 100% of malpractice insurance covered
