**Job Title:** Loss Prevention and Safety Associate (LPA) **Shift:** 3rd Shift (Monday - Friday, 9 PM - 6:30 AM) **Pay:** Weekly **About the Role:** Adecco is partnering with a local company to hire a **Loss Prevention and Safety Associate (LPA)** . This role is essential in maintaining a safe and secure workplace for both associates and company assets. The LPA will champion a **Safety-First Culture** , enforce policies, conduct security audits, and address incidents in compliance with company procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** + Conduct safety screenings and manage access control for associates, visitors, contractors, and vendors. + Perform guard shack operations, including trailer check-in/out, ensuring adherence to security procedures. + Maintain physical site security, conduct audits, and document findings. + Support investigations into theft and workplace incidents, ensuring alignment with company policies. **Qualifications:** + High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred. + Proficiency in access control systems, CCTV, and radio communication. + Familiarity with Loss Prevention SOP and OSHA guidelines. + Strong conflict resolution and interpersonal skills. + Basic computer skills, including MS Office. **Physical Requirements:** + Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs. + Comfortable working in a warehouse environment. **What’s in It for You?** + Weekly pay (Fridays). + Temp to hire. + Benefits health, dental , and vision. **Pay Details:** $19.89 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
