LOSS PREVENTION ASSOCIATE
**The primary purpose of a Loss Prevention and Safety Associate, (LPA), is to protect the associates and assets of Ross. The LPA should proactively strive to support a Safety-first Culture, by enforcing and maintaining the company’s established processes for facility safety and security and prevention of accidents and injuries. The LPA shall conduct safety audits and monitor for fire hazards. The LPA shall proactively identify and urgently resolve safety matters affecting associate safety.** + Job requires ability to work in a warehouse environment, on a concrete floor all day. + Requires continuous standing, walking, hearing, pushing, and pulling. + Consistent timeliness and regular attendance is necessary.? + Frequently reaching, bending, stooping, talking, hearing (audio equipment), handling objects with hands and lifting up to 50 lbs. as needed throughout the shift. + Requires talking on the telephone, attending in-person meetings, typing, and working with paper/files, etc. + Vision requirements: Ability to see information in print and/or electronically. + Routine deadlines; usually sufficient lead time; variance in work volume seasonal and predictable; priorities can be anticipated; some interruptions are present; travel or other inconveniences have advance notice; involves occasional exposure to demands and pressures from persons other than immediate supervisor. 2nd shift $19.00 3rd shift $20.50 **PLEASE UPLOAD YOUR RESUMES!!!!!** **Pay Details:** $19.00 to $20.50 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
