A Day in the Life:

As the Loss Prevention Specialist, no one day is ever the same! You are focused on preventing loss and controlling shrink by monitoring various areas of the store for fraud, compliance discrepancies, and other related activities. You work to identify potential concerns through use of our video surveillance and other systems and apprehend in accordance with company policy, local and state laws with safety as the prevailing priority. What you bring to the table:

You are 18 years of age or older. You have experience in loss prevention, asset protection or other relative experiences. You take pride in the work you do, whether big or small. You put the safety and welfare of yourself and others as a priority. Working in varying environments doesn’t faze you – whether in the store or the outside perimeter. You approach challenges in a positive, kind manner. You enjoy building relationships and teaching others.

 

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS 

The following attempts to communicate the traditional physical demands associated with this position:** 

Seldom: 1-2 hours, Occasional: 3-4 hours, Frequent: 5-6 hours, Continuous: 7+ hours (Based on an 8 hour work day.) 

• Reach: Occasional

• Stand/Walk: Continuous 

• Twist/Turn: Frequent 

• Grip/Grasp: Frequent 

• Lift/Carry: Occasional lift/carry 1-50 lbs. 

• Push/Pull: Occasional, push/pull 50-120 lbs. rolling racks w/product, donut fryer 

• Bend/Stoop: Occasional 

• Squat/Kneel: Seldom 

 

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT: 

Working conditions consist of a temperature-controlled store environment. Occasional exposure to outdoor environment with varying temperatures
