LOT TRACE ADMINISTRATOR - Whitehall Casting

Basic Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution. Minimum of three years’ experience working in a manufacturing environment. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.  Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.  Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications

Associates degree in business, finance, or manufacturing. Excellent oral and written communication skills across multiple departments. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to solve problems and manage a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  Independent, motivated, self-starter who can work with little supervision but also in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints.    Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset. PC literate in Microsoft Office products Howmet cost system knowledge (OHCMS) Attention to detail and accuracy Experience with use of manufacturing production related systems

Lot Trace Administrator – Whitehall Casting 

The Lot Trace Administrator is a first shift position within Whitehall Casting Operation and will be responsible for the following:

Create and maintain Bill of Materials, rework, and standard routings.  Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to report any potential rework product flow issues.  Daily Production issues   Physical inventory data support to lead team.  Support to Whitehall Casting staff for data and reporting needs from OHCMS.  Application account management and compliance.  Test and implement program changes and help validate the integrity of system data.  Build and administer training on inventory system transactions (OHCMS).
