THE JOB:

As a Lounge Runner at Skyfall, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service by assisting with both guest interactions and behind-the-scenes operations. You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, ensuring our guests enjoy their experience in this breathtaking rooftop lounge. If you are detail-oriented, have a passion for hospitality, and enjoy working in a dynamic atmosphere, this role is for you.

STARTING PAY: $13.959

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Deliver food from the kitchen to our guests, ensuring the accuracy and quality of the orders.Assist in organizing and preparing for events, including set-up and breakdown of food stations, rolling silverware, and maintaining the cleanliness of service areas.Clear tables, wipe down surfaces, and ensure the lounge remains clean and inviting throughout the shift.Interact with guests, delivering excellent service and answering questions about the menu when needed.Work closely with kitchen staff, communicating clearly and efficiently to ensure a seamless guest experience.Support management and team by handling additional tasks such as setting up event spaces, assisting with guest check-ins, and completing side work during the shift.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Must be at least 21 years of age or older.Prior food and beverage experience is a plus.Willingness to learn and a great attitude are essential.Comfortable working in a high-end lounge setting, with VIP guests and a focus on delivering exceptional service.Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.
