THE JOB:

As a Lounge Server, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by serving guests beverages within the designated lounge outlet. By understanding our guests’ unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goalsEngage with guests by smiling and hearing their story as you properly complete beverage transactions using a Point-of-Sale (POS) registerProvide strong beverage knowledge to our guests including liquor brands, beers, wines, non-alcoholic drinks, mixed drinks, and all menu items.Set and maintain the stage by ensuring the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the front of houseEnsure guest safety by following proper food and beverage handling and sanitation proceduresOwn the guest experience in any situation by using problem solving skills to WOW the guest

THE STARTING PAY: $13.35 with direct tips
