THE JOB:

As a Lounge Server, you will be responsible for setting the stage for an excellent guest experience by serving guests beverages within the designated lounge outlet. By understanding our guests’ unique stories and needs, you will deliver WOW experiences that our guests will carry with them far and beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $13.35 with direct tips

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

Provide strong beverage knowledge to our guests including liquor brands, beers, wines, non-alcoholic drinks, mixed drinks, and all menu items.Anticipate guest needs and respond with urgency to enhance their lounge experienceEngage with guests by smiling and hearing their story as you properly complete beverage transactions using a Point-of-Sale (POS) systemEnsure guest safety by following proper food and beverage handling and sanitation proceduresWork with a diverse team of enthusiastic people in a FUN and fast-paced environment to achieve company goalsOwn the guest experience in any situation by using problem solving skills to WOW the guest

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferredSix months relevant experience as a cocktail or food server in a similar environment preferredHas basic knowledge of health, safety, and sanitation regulationsHas a high energy, positive attitude, and likes to have fun while doing their best workIs a team playerCan handle multiple tasks at one timeDisplays excellent customer service skills as well as interpersonal skills
