Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Systems Engineer in Irvine, California. Our industry focuses on technology, specifically dealing with systems engineering and electrical circuits. This role involves troubleshooting, performing necessary repairs, maintaining equipment, and providing technical support. Responsibilities: • Carry out necessary repairs and troubleshooting on building-automation-system field cabinets, including power supplies, printed circuit boards, electrical/electronic controls, sensors, and transducers. • Ensure safe and accurate performance of end-to-end device checkouts. • Provide technical support and communicate issues to higher-level technicians. • Maintain and update system backups during the project's duration. • Actively participate in the startup of systems and equipment with senior level technicians. • Create and submit daily reports to the project team. • Make minor program and graphic changes and address issues timely and efficiently. • Collaborate with other contractors on the project site, providing information and support as needed. • Ensure the maintenance of company tools, test equipment, material, and company vehicles. • Engage in OEM Training and complete assigned BMS Controls Product training for career growth. • Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and open communication, emphasizing the importance of safety and engagement. • Use and navigate the company’s building automation suite and offerings comfortably.
