Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the sales of Low Voltage products and systems and their development within the country, in line with the division strategy. Each day, you will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying and developing new sales opportunities. The work model for the role is: Hybrid {#LI-Hybrid}This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings in Argentina. Your main stakeholders will be distributors, panel builders, engineering companies and end users.You will be mainly accountable for:• Communicating to the customers about details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.• Ensuring efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.• Identifying and driving the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.• Business Development, brand prescription, and building of solid and long-term relationships with our customers.

Qualifications for the role

You have sound knowledge of Low Voltage electrical equipment, as well as of the electrical engineering market (customers, key players)You have over three years of experience in direct Sales or Sales-related roles, with proven negotiation skills and knowledge.You are an Electrical engineer or have a similar academic background, and proven experience in Sales.You're open to teamwork and demonstrate leadership within your scope of work. You are a curious, proactive, optimist and resilient individual. You are results and customer oriented.
