JOB DESCRIPTION

The Low Voltage Superintendent will be responsible for on-site supervision and management of Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and Healthcare projects. A successful Project Superintendent delivers projects on time, and within the planned project budget.

 

Low Voltage Superintendent will: 

Be the main contact for Field Techs and all subcontractors on site. Deliver a completed safe and quality project on time Oversee and report on daily construction site operations and activities Develop and maintain project schedules and timelines Schedule and coordinate delivery and installation of all materials and equipment Exhibit a strong sense of care and concern for client's job site and personal property at the site (i.e. cover the client’s artwork for protection, close windows, and lock doors at night) Plan and manage all labor seamlessly together for assigned project Maintain the flow of information among subcontractors and the internal project team for each client job site Ensure consistent communication is kept with client Includes an agenda covering project logistics, safety, schedule, communications, action items, meeting notes, all project process-related inspections, and the scheduling of such with town/state authorities (i.e. Building Department, Fire Marshal, trade permits, Cert of Occ). Daily project photos and team communications uploaded into Project Folder
