**Job Title: Low Voltage Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking experienced Commercial Electricians and Commercial Fire Alarm Technicians for Building Automation Installation projects across the D.C. Metro region. Join our team of installation and commissioning technicians to work on exciting projects throughout Northern Virginia. **Responsibilities** + Install and commission building automation systems + Pull data cables and wires for low voltage electrical systems + Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings + Work with hand tools and construction materials + Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of experience in commercial electrical, controls, HVAC, or fire alarm trades + Proficiency in low voltage electrical systems + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Experience with data cable installation and wire pulling + Knowledge of conduit installation **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with building automation systems + Strong attention to detail + Good communication and teamwork skills **Why Work Here?** We offer an opportunity for growth and career advancement. The dress code is typically construction-appropriate attire, including personal protective equipment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lorton, Virginia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
