Job Description

We are seeking experienced Commercial Electricians and Commercial Fire Alarm Technicians for Building Automation Installation projects across the D.C. Metro region. Join our team of installation and commissioning technicians to work on exciting projects throughout Northern Virginia.

ResponsibilitiesInstall and commission building automation systemsPull data cables and wires for low voltage electrical systemsRead and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsWork with hand tools and construction materialsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and standardsEssential Skills3-5 years of experience in commercial electrical, controls, HVAC, or fire alarm tradesProficiency in low voltage electrical systemsAbility to read and interpret blueprintsExperience with data cable installation and wire pullingKnowledge of conduit installationAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with building automation systemsStrong attention to detailGood communication and teamwork skillsWhy Work Here?

Work Environment

You will work on various commercial project sites throughout the D.C. Metro region. The role involves hands-on installation and commissioning tasks, requiring the use of hand tools and adherence to safety standards. The dress code is typically construction-appropriate attire, including personal protective equipment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lorton, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $35.00
