Loyalty Partnerships and Promotions Analyst

Signature is revamping its Loyalty program(s) by implementing Loyalty 2.0. Loyalty 2.0 will seek to engage with guests and customers in a deeper, more meaningful way. A key aspect of Loyalty 2.0 will be new partnerships with 3 rd party companies relevant to Loyalty members. These partnerships require a focused effort to ensure proper points are earned and redeemed and that billing and payment for points by the partner are executed with precision.
Creating new partnership functionality will be an extended effort, including the implementation of a new 3 rd party loyalty platform's partnership module, the creation of new partnerships, and the required integration between Signature and new partners.
In addition to partnerships, Loyalty 2.0 will include the addition of new Promotions capability with a 3 rd party platform that will provide the capability to create and execute nimble loyalty promotions. These new promotions capabilities are foundational to the Loyalty 2.0 strategy and will require a focused effort to design and implement promotions capabilities that allow Signature to offer targeted promotions.
The Loyalty Partnerships and Promotions Analyst will focus on the partnership and promotions elements of Loyalty 2.0 under the leadership and direction of the Loyalty 2.0 Product Manager.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
Project Management Support
+ Assist in managing project timelines, tracking milestones, and updating the project Gantt chart.
+ Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items.
+ Monitor project deliverables to ensure deadlines are met and report progress to stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Reporting
+ Gather and analyze program data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
+ Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track program performance and KPIs
+ Support the development of data-driven recommendations for program enhancements.
Requirements Gathering and Execution
+ Assist the Product Manager in gathering key business requirements for the Loyalty 2.0 Partnerships Module and Promotions Module.
+ Translate 3 rd party vendor's partnership and promotions module capabilities into actionable partnership structures with 3 rd party partners.
+ Liaison with Signature IT and 3 rd party vendor implementation team to execute partnership and promotions design into loyalty partnership and promotions modules.
Cross-Functional Coordination
+ Serve as a liaison between the loyalty team and internal departments, including Marketing, IT, Accounting, and Operations.
+ Liaison with potential 3 rd party partners to implement partnership offers and to ensure proper billing for points purchased or rewards redeemed.
+ Liaison with Customer Care to ensure partner and promotion loyalty offers and rewards can be executed with minimal customer issues and can be easily supported by Customer Care
**Minimum Education and/or Experience:**
+ Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing or other business discipline
+ 3-5 Years of Relative Experience
**Additional knowledge and skills:**
+ Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Strong skills in interpersonal relationships
+ Prior project management experience
+ Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and written with all levels within the organization
+ Some analytical and budgeting experience, with a desire to expand skills in this area
+ Ability to create effective reporting on KPIs for senior leaders
+ Ability to travel 10% of the time
