JOB TITLE: Loyalty Program Planning & Execution Manager

COMPANY: Circle K Stores, Inc.

DEPARTMENT: Global Loyalty

FLSA STATUS: Exempt

REPORTS TO: Sr. Manager, Member Experience - NA

LOCATION: Charlotte, NC

CLOSING DATE: TBD

JOIN OUR TEAM:

Our mission is simple: we make journeys easier and more enjoyable for our customers.  We want to lift their spirits by delivering little boosts along the way.  We care about our people and our communities, and we look for ways to uplift people first.  Wherever your journey’s going, we can help you get there.

We are looking to significantly expand the team and our capabilities to meet the growth goals for membership. You’ll be at the center of this transformation, working together with the team to plan and execute key loyalty projects.

OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a customer-centric, execution-minded individual who is passionate about loyalty/membership strategy, the voice of the customer, and paying attention to detail. In this role, you’ll play an integral role in planning, executing, and scaling all customer-facing projects involving Circle K’s loyalty program. You will work in close partnership with a diverse stakeholder group across Circle K to implement these strategies and lead projects end-to-end – ensuring robust cross-functional alignment and flawless execution at each step of the way. You will be a strategic thought leader, possess excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and have a good understanding of loyalty, marketing, and project management.

While it helps to understand our industry, what we really care about is that you have an unending curiosity for customer behavior, the skill to translate data from various sources into actionable insights, and, most importantly, a can-do attitude to roll up your sleeves and get things done. We strive to make our members feel valued and recognized every day in their way. We’re looking for a creative thinker who takes a strategic approach to identify opportunities, keeps the customer at the forefront, manages projects methodologically, and thrives in a cross-functional environment.

We want to talk to you if:

• You are a “doer” and thrive in making things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. You are detailed-oriented and derive excitement from planning and executing plans flawlessly. You are adept at developing project plans and timelines and collaborating with a large team.

Our ideal candidate would be:

• Person of Action – you are the quintessential go-getter; you know how to navigate the organization to get things done. You are a driven individual who wants to work on transformational projects and make an impact. You excel in making a plan and being detail-oriented. Executing a plan to perfection gets you excited about your job each and every day.

• Proven collaborator – able to get things done without formal authority; working across internal and external partners, geographies, and levels across the organization to build best-in-class programs at a large-scale company.

• Critical Thinker & Problem Solver – you have strong business acumen and customer-centric mindset. You are naturally curious and always keep asking why. You look for data to explain what you see, support what you know and identify what you don’t.
