Loyalty Specialist

Ford Central and Eastern European Sales LLC is looking for a Loyalty Specialist to join our FCSD (Aftersales) team in our Szentendre office.

 

 

· University or College Degree, preferably Business, Finance

· Strong communication skills

· Excellent relationship skills to support importers’, dealers’, suppliers’ requirements

· Demonstrative analytical skills

· Problem solving skills

· Must be a team player, able to work proactively with people from all areas

· Can also cope with individual tasks (e.g. monthly reports analyzing & matching)

· Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially MS excel

· Fluent Hungarian, English both written and spoken

What will be your roles and responsibilities in the team?

 

The Aftersales Loyalty Specialist will support and coordinate Loyalty and Personalization programs intended to boost retail and fleet business parts sales by driving increased customer loyalty, which results in increased workshop traffic and service share.

Current loyalty programs:

· Ford Protect New (Extended warranty policy) (HUN / European Direct Markets / Sweden / Denmark / Finland)

· Ford Protect Service Plan (HUN)

· Roadside Assistance (HUN / Sweden / Denmark / Finland)

· Service Activated Roadside Assistance (HUN)

· Digital Service Record (HUN / EDM)

· Price Transparency program and National menu / Economy pricing

· Ford Video Check

 

Detailed task functions and responsibilities:

 

· Localize and support implementation of new loyalty programs initiated by Ford of Europe

 

· Manage and supervise loyalty program updates and control plan registrations in appropriate systems

 

· Invoice reconciliation related to FPN

 

· Extended warranty & SARA invoicing process

 

· Follow up FPN program changes like new model introduction, price changes

 

· Support the implementation of FordProtect Electric programs

 

· Present program updates to relevant departments like Sales, Product, Pricing

 

· Track performances of implemented programs and suggest improvement plans

 

· Review supplier’s reports and approve invoices connected to services (Roadside Assistance)

 

· Keep contact and participate at regular meetings with Central Loyalty Team, EDM Importers, Hungarian dealer network

 

· Prepare presentations and organize scheduled training sessions for Hungarian dealers and EDM Importers

 

· Liaise with Dealer Management System providers to solve data load issues

 

· Liaise with HUN dealers regarding Video Check application usage and manage the app development with the Video Check provider

 

· Regular update of National Menu pricing and Economy offers with dealers and based on the inputs, preparing the price paramater changes annually
