What you’ll do: 

This position provides coverage for the transplant programs and works closely with the coordinators, nurses, and providers within these programs. Select responsibilities include participating in patient care rounds, providing order verification and drug information services, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements for the programs and organization, overseeing and/or managing medication therapy proactively participating in quality improvement initiatives, and precepting PGY1 and PGY2 pharmacy residents, among other responsibilities.

Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)Residency: PGY1 Pharmacy Practice - General (Preferred), PGY2 Residency - Specialty (Preferred)IL state licensure as a PharmacistPreferred: Board Certified in Specialty AreaPreferred: BLS (Basic Life Support)
