If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a keen eye for detail, this opportunity offers the chance to advance your career with a forward-thinking organization that values expertise and customer-centric solutions.** **What you’ll do** + **Handle incoming loan inquiries and initiate phone conversations to qualify prospective borrowers.** + **Assess borrower qualifications and explain the current lending environment, including our ability to connect with multiple capital sources to secure optimal loan terms.** + **Utilize our proprietary technology to identify lenders that match the specific loan requirements of each client.** + **Compile comprehensive loan request packages, including detailed deal analysis, and submit them to appropriate lenders.** + **Present multiple lending options to borrowers, highlighting the advantages of each to facilitate informed decision-making.** + **Oversee the entire loan process from approval to closing, including document collection, timeline tracking, and advocating on behalf of the borrower to ensure a smooth transaction.** + **Foster strong relationships with lenders and clients, providing exceptional customer service to both parties throughout the loan process.** + **Stay updated on industry trends, lending products, and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance to clients and improve internal processes.** **What you’ll need** + **Bachelor’s degree is required** + **2-5 years of experience in commercial real estate, lending, underwriting, brokerage or related field with a strong emphasis on deal management and customer service.** + **Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements, perform deal analysis, and assess lending options.** + **Excellent written and verbal communication abilities to effectively interact with clients and lenders.** + **Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple deals simultaneously and meet deadlines.** + **Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite** + **Commitment to providing efficient, timely, and courteous service to both borrowers and lenders.** + **Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to navigate complex lending scenarios and advocate for clients.** + **Ability to collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment while also working independently when necessary.** + **Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to evolving priorities and demands.** Why CBRE?
