The Accountant will manage and plan Accounts Payable Administrative computing system, including disbursements, coding of invoices, postings of transactions, reconciliation, etc. The salary for this position is minimum $70,000 and maximum $70,000
Management and maintenance of the vendor master fileResponsible for the processing of all disbursement through use of the Accounts Payable System for vendor invoices (phone bills, insurance, utilities, consultants, leases, etc.) petty cash, WAM, client disbursement requests and approved check requestsReview and coding of all invoices that are not processed through purchasingReview and coding of petty cash, WAM client account disbursement (PNA) reportsPosting of payable transactions and review and acceptance of payable transactions generated by the purchase order systemReviews invoice batches which have been entered into the systemReview vendor accounts for accuracy including application of sales/use taxMonthly reconciliation of accrued expenses and cash exchangeParticipate in regular weekly accounts payable review meeting with VP & CFO and Sr. Director, Finance/ControllerPrepare the annual 1099Performs other duties and special projects as required from time to timeBenefits Overview:
