Position Purpose:
Provide 1:1 care for a disabled client in their own home, 2 days a week. Schedule will include in home visits to other patients. Cares include medication administration, feeding, toileting, skin care and cognitive stimulation.
What you will Do:
Care for clients in their own home.
Document and report cares.
Support RNs with other patients as needed.
Hours/Schedule:
.9 full time, Monday through Friday
10 hour days
Minimum Qualifications:
Active IA LPN license
LPN or Pediatric experience preferred.
