Overview

Revival Home Health is seeking a passionate, dedicated LPN's to join our administrative team in Annandale, VA! Join our team today to begin helping families when they need it most! As a Clinical Scheduler you will be responsible for providing administrative support by performing general office duties including maintaining adequate stock of supply needs for staff and patient care and supporting the clinical manger with managing patient schedules to ensure visits are performed in accordance with ordered frequencies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities Greets visitors in a courteous, professional, and timely mannerAssists with answering incoming calls from patients, staff, physician offices, referral sources, etc. and transfers caller to the appropriate person or departmentTakes messages when needed and relays to the appropriate person in a timely mannerSelects appropriate clinician for patient assignment based upon patient needs, location of the patient, and skill of the clinicianMaintains visit data in electronic medical record Qualifications High school graduate or GED Valid Nursing license from the state practicing inCurrent CPR certificationMinimum of one year clinical experience, preferably in home healthMinimum of two years of administrative experience in a healthcare environment, preferredHome health and/or hospice experienceSound knowledge of the framework, organization and function of home careProficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet Explorer) with the ability to learn industry specific software applications Solid organizational skills, thoroughness, and a keen attention to detail with the ability to multi-task while prioritizing effectively Ability to work independently and in a team environment Excellent, oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorBasic clinical skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorAbility to develop critical thinking skills, research situations, solve complex problems and deal with a variety of issues About our Line of Business At Revival Home Health & Hospice, our primary ambition is to bring first-class care to the warmest and most serene environment possible: home.
