Join the CentraCare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse at Correctional Care located at the Wright County Jail in Buffalo, MN. 

CentraCare is now hiring a casual LPN to provide medical care for incarcerated individuals at the Wright County jail in Buffalo, MN. The LPN will be a member of a multi-disciplinary team that provides medical services for inmates within the jail. Inmates may need mental health care, addiction medicine services (including detoxification), basic care for general or acute illnesses or injuries, maternity care, medication management and much more. 

Schedule: 

Casual minimum of 16 hours every 4 weeks.  Variable shifts between 6am and 10pm.

Pay:

Pay range $20.20 to $30.30 per hour depending on years of experience.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy. Ability to understand patients’ medical records, physician orders and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff. BCA and county background check required.
