Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work one on one with a patient in the school setting in Delaware County.
Responsibilities Provide nursing care for student(s) with medical needs (Trach, vent, G-tube Feedings, seizure monitoring with rescue medications, personal care, Diabetic care, etc.), May ride the bus to and from school with patientMay drive patient to and from school
Requirements:Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensures in the state in which the nurse practices in ResumeHS diploma/GEDCollege degree/official transcripts from accredited programChild Abuse Clearance (dated within a year)PA Criminal History (dated within a year)FBI Clearance (dated within a year)Hands on First Aid/CPR Certificate (dated within a year)Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.Active license (if applicable)One year prior LPN experience preferred.
