Overview LPN - Part Time - Residential Care Facility Schedule: 3 days/week At Holladay Park Plaza, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional care to our residents! Holladay Park Plaza is home to over 200 independent living residents and up to 36 residential care residents. We are seeking an LPN to support our RCF unit. This position not only helps provide high quality services and amenities to assisted living level residents. Valid LPN license from accredited program, college, or university if required by the state in which you work. Current and valid CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
