Please read below and apply with current resume for consideration. **Pay:** $31 to $55 **Type:** Contract to Hire **Schedule:** Fulltime - Monday to Friday · Conduct intake procedures including brief history, vital signs, medication and allergy review, and medical & behavioral screenings. · Maintain appointment flow and communicate with providers about patient status. · Perform procedures related to medical visits such as point-of-care testing, immunizations, medication administration. · Collaborate with medical providers on medication refills, follow-ups, and health education. · Support communication with pharmacy, imaging, and laboratory services. **Qualifications:** · Associate’s degree · Current LPN licensure. · Three to four years of relevant experience. · Clinical proficiency in ambulatory nursing, including triage/nurse assessment and charting. · Effective written and verbal communication skills. · Commitment to diversity and inclusiveness.
