**Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently looking to hire a skilled LPN for their client in Newark ,NJ location .** Job Type – Temp Shift Hours- 8.30am to 4.30pm Pay- 35-40/HR **Roles/Responsibilities -** + Maintains examining room in proper order by assuring it is clean, neat and well equipped, clean medical/ surgical instruments and maintains supplies at par level. + Maintains laboratory to state standards, performs controls on equipment/s and document temperature (am/pm) for refrigerator(s) and freezer(s). + Assists physician in examination/s of patient if necessary and performs venipuncture, EKG’s and taking of vital signs (triage), administers immunizations and injections. + Ensures proper flow of patients into the exam room by checking in with front desk staff (Administrative Assistant) and surveying waiting room area. + Notifies Office Manager of problems, delays, and/or irregularities in the schedule. + Performs administrative tasks as needed, schedules appointments for patients. Answers phones and inquiries made by patients and/or other callers. + Performs patient health teaching and counseling either face to face or on the telephone. + Documents appropriately in patient's medical record. + Completes forms requiring pertinent medical data (school forms and immunization records). + Maintain medical records according to established policy and procedures, when needed. + Sterilize instruments and equipment, manages medical inventory and supply, Performs other related duties as assigned. **Required qualifications-** + Candidates must possess a valid registration as Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New Jersey + With at least 6 months of work experience.
