What will I do every day?
Assess residents to identify their physical, psychosocial and environmental needsMonitor residents’ well-being and report any changes in conditionProvide resident care activities under the direction of the Assisted Living DirectorAssist with Medication Management ProgramAssist with care plansParticipate in the Assisted Living performance improvement processDemonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and respond appropriatelyDocument evaluation of nursing interventions including resident responseScheudle: FT DAYS & PRN 6a-6p

What will I need to be successful in this role?

Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?
Current active, unencumbered Nursing License in the state of practice (LVN/RN/LPN)
