M-F 8-4:30 OR (4) 10 hour shifts

Job Summary:

Performs as a member of the health care team to assist the professional nurse in meeting the goal of individualized care by performing designated elements of patient care and/or unit activities.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training, and Licensures/Certifications/Registrations Required:

High school diploma.Graduation from an approved practical nursing program.State-licensed practical nurse required.Clinic experience preferred.Computer skills preferred.Basic Life Support and other advanced training as appropriate.
