We want to be sure that every day is filled with moments that matter — moments of genuine pleasure, moments of genuine purpose and moments of genuine peace. Responsibilities: + Administer nursing care to residents under the direction of a RN + Assist with treatments and procedures and carries out selected duties within the framework of the established nursing plan of care + Assist in the leadership of a team of C.N.A.'s What you will need: + Valid NYS LPN license + 1+ year of experience as a LPN, but willing to help train the right candidate to further their skills + 1+ yr working in a skilled nursing facility + Experience working with patients providing dementia care + Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service while completing day to day duties and responsibilities + Ability to communicate effectively in a fast pace work environment + Ability to engage within a team setting + Passion to learn, grow and develop in the nursing field Pay Range: $24.00 - $30.10 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
