Job Summary: Performs the functions of a Licensed Practical Nurse in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating assigned clients’ care in collaboration with the RN Nurse Coordinator. Requires a high degree of independent judgment. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Unencumbered Nursing license.
