In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in a clinic setting, supporting both routine and acute care needs. • Clinical Procedures: Perform and assist with various clinical procedures and tests as applicable, including blood draws, wound care, and EKGs. Ensure that all procedures are conducted safely and in accordance with clinic protocols.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes. Document all patient interactions and clinical activities in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Coordination of Care: Collaborate with providers, specialists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and follow-up. Facilitate referrals and communication between patients and other healthcare services as needed. Follow up on lab results, prescription requests, referrals, and patient inquiries, communicating effectively with the healthcare team and ensuring timely responses.
