Title: LPN - Clinic Provider I
Location: Mount Vernon, IL
Status: Full Time
Day Shift: Monday - Friday 7a - 3p (8 hrs per day)
Provide occupational health services for employees at client locations to include medical surveillance, physicals and injury care. Perform clinical duties consistent to their education, certification and competency levels.
Responsibilities• Evaluate and treat injuries and illnesses and critically think using your clinical experience to conduct a range of risk and health assessments, to include appropriate documentation and follow up
• Provide episodic care for non-occupational injuries and illnesses
• Execute program workflows, protocols and procedures including emergency response, internal and external care referrals, return to work, stay at work, restriction management, and support of client Leave of Absence (LOA) management
• Provide preventative and restorative services and education to employees by engaging employees or dispatching an early interventions specialist to provide job coaching, ADL coaching, mobility coaching, and workstation assessments
• Prepare ergonomic, injury intervention, injury treatment, surveillance, and FMLA/ADA reports
Required Education:
Associate's DegreeRequired License or Certificate:
Licensed/certified LPN or RNPreferred License or Certificate:
Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN)Required Experience:
2 years providing occupational health services or other related experienceKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Proficient in Microsoft programsAbility to develop meaningful professional relationships with clients for successful coaching Ability to execute on performance goalsAbility to work with AWS site personnel and client personnel Comfortable presenting to groupsA solid team player who also demonstrates maturity, drive, intellectual curiosity and support for clinic operationsDeadline-drivenStrong verbal and presentation skillsAbility to multi-task#LI-NJ1
