Description
The LPN is an Integral part of the clinical team primarily responsible for providing safe, evidence-based care for our patients, exceptional support, and the ability to anticipate the needs of both the clinicians and the patients.
Job Responsibilities:
Monitors, documents, and communicates patients’ vital statistics and measurements.
Conducts specimen collection.
Observes and notes any physical or emotional changes in patients.
Readies examination rooms for patient visits.
Chooses, prepares, and manages medical supplies and equipment.
Ensures the patient environment is comfortable, organized, safe, and hygienic.
Maintains accurate records of patient information.
Prepares patients for follow-up care post-treatment.
Potentially guides and educates other LPNs.
Serves as a knowledgeable resource on nursing-related issues for the section.
Organizes and manages scheduling for patients and necessary medical tests..

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00
