Required Qualifications: 

Washington Licensed Practical Nurse upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.  5 CENTER PRIMARY NURSE: Teaching Experience.

Preferred Qualifications: 

One (1) year LTC geriatric experience preferred Experience as a staff nurse with LTC Supervisory experience with nursing assistants Experience with an interdisciplinary team 5 CENTER PRIMARY NURSE: Three to five years direct care experience;  MDS/RAI Experience.
