Maxim Healthcare is seeking compassionate & dedicated Licensed practical nurses (LPN) to provide high-quality healthcare to patients in the comfort of their homes. The LPN will be responsible for assessing patients health needs, developing care plans and educating patients and their families about health management.

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed ordersAssess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.Current TB or Chest X-Ray.Current BLS card.One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
