Maxim Healthcare in Bedford NH is eager to match talented and empathetic LPN with our lovely patient in the Londonderry area for a 1:1 private duty nursing opportunity. She is 30 years old and requires a motorized wheelchair. She loves to be outside and stroll around the neighborhood, local mall or go to the movies. Our cases provide wonderful and stable working environments where a nurse can utilize their skills and focus on one patient. We offer a flexible schedule, in home and skills advancement training.

Location- Londonderry, NH DX- Respiratory failure Hours- Wednesday-Friday 8am-8pm Pay rate- $30-$36 Pets- Cat Smoking- non-smoking home Skills required- g-tube and trach

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed ordersAssess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.Current TB or Chest X-Ray.Current BLS card.One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
