Maxim Healthcare in Baltimore is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with a Pediatric patient in their own home.

Patient 1:

1 year old male with a gtube/trach/vent located in Ellicott City, 21043

- Shifts are every night 8:30p-8:30a

Patient 2:

9 year old male with a gtube/trach/vent located in Baltimore, 21224

- Shifts are Sunday, Monday, and Wedneday night 7p-7a

- Family is willing to shorten shifts to 8 or 10 hours

Patient 3:

2 year old male with a gtube located in Baltimore, 21209

- Shifts are Sunday, Tuesday, and Saturday night 7p-7a

Responsibilities:

Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed ordersAssess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.Current TB or Chest X-Ray.Current BLS card.One year prior professional nursing experience preferred
