Job Description:
  Provides prescribed medical treatment and personal care services to ill, injured, convalescent, and disabled persons in their home.  
Qualifications: Licensed LPN in the State of Louisiana 1+ years experience as a LPN Experience with Hospice preferred Ability to drive a must Effective written and verbal communication Clean background, drug screen, and driving record​
