The Licensed Practical Nurse II plays an important role in the clinic setting, performing various clinical and administrative tasks to assist patients through their healthcare journey. LPNs assist in planning and managing patient care according to each patient's needs and furthering the mission of the organization by providing high-quality, respectful care to all.
Position Specifics:
Department: Medical/Surgical (6:1 ratio). Swing bed population from outside facilities, medical inpatients, New Vision program (medical stabilization of detox from drugs or alcohol), and IV infusion clinic (0-7 people in one day but usually less). Patients typically require less heavy care and can do more for themselves.
