Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities:\n\nProvide 1 on 1 Patient Care\nRecord a patient's medical history accurately\nTake and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.\nObserve patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.\nMonitor patients' conditions including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts\nAssist ailing patients in daily necessary activities such as eating, bathing etc.\nAdminister injections, prescribed medications, clean and dress wounds and assist with other basic medical care tasks.\nProvide emotional and psychological support when needed\n\n
